Ms. Quynh Anh \u2013 Leader Hitek Group JSC<\/em><\/p>\n The workshop was led by QA Leader Hitek Group JSC \u2013 Pham Thi Quynh Anh, speakers Trinh Minh Tuan \u2013 Backend Leader Hitek Group JSC, Tran Quoc Hoi \u2013 Backend Developer Hitek Group JSC, Phan Cong Phung \u2013 Backend Developer Hitek Group JSC and Thanh Truc \u2013 Assistant Director. In addition, Mr. Tran Cong Mua \u2013 A lecturer specializing in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic HCM, was present. Trinh Minh Tuan \u2013 Backend Leader Hitek Group JSC<\/em><\/p>\n Tran Quoc Hoi \u2013 Backend Developer Hitek Group JSC<\/em><\/p>\n Not only the dry theory part, the workshop was quite exciting because of the practical experience shared by the speakers of Hitek Group JSC. Moreover, the speakers guided and practiced creating a website that had not applied PWA on the ReactJS platform and guided on applying PWA to the written website. This information also received a lot of attention from the students. Through this practical experience, the students quickly grasped the process and implementation methods to save time and improve work efficiency. Mr. Tran Cong Mua – Lecturer specializing in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic HCM<\/em><\/p>\n Backend Developer Hitek Group JSC – Phan Cong Phung, a former student majoring in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic HCM, shared his honest thoughts about the working environment and valuable experiences for new students. Backend Developer Hitek Group JSC \u2013 Phan C\u00f4ng Ph\u00f9ng<\/em><\/p>\n “I have been interning at Hitek since semester five and have been an official employee for over a year. Currently, I am working on my graduation project. With the experience of both studying and working, there are many things I want to share with you to gain more practical knowledge and information when entering the real working environment”, Cong Phung shared. This is also the information that received positive attention from students. Not only sharing the necessary and sufficient conditions, but Cong Phung also helped many students understand more about the job they are pursuing. Thereby quickly supplementing the necessary knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of businesses better. After activities related to the main content of the workshop, FPT Polytechnic HCM students had the opportunity to exchange and learn more about businesses and job opportunities. What does a web programmer do? This is an issue that many students, especially new students majoring in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic, are very interested in. To answer this question, Ms. Quynh Anh – QA Leader Hitek Group JSC, shared honestly about current job positions, job opportunities, and job trends in this major shortly. In addition, the speakers also shared about the future trends of the IT field in general and Web Programming in particular. This information is valuable in each student’s learning process and personal development orientation. Participating in the workshop, Mr. Tran Duy Phong – Head of the Training Department of FPT Polytechnic HCM, commented: “With the philosophy of experiential learning, the School has been creating bridges for students to directly contact businesses, understand more about work and the working environment. From there, you can quickly overcome your weaknesses and adapt to future work. Sharing after participating in the workshop, Vo Hung Duong – Student of class IT1616, majoring in Web Programming at FPT Polytechnic said: “Thank you to the School and the Company for organizing a very practical program, helping me and my friends accumulate knowledge and experience that is not in books, and better understand the major that we have chosen. In particular, through this workshop, I have a new option for applying for an internship position soon”.
