Job description
- Regularly research the overall market or assigned area. Identify appropriate strategies to develop and review quarterly and annual business plans.
- Search for information about customers with software development needs in global markets from many different channels to build a quality and potential customer information system.
- Use Email Marketing to send customers information about the company’s products and software services, help them consult, and answer customer questions when receiving email responses.
- Directly (or indirectly) contact potential customers who have responded from the company’s data system or lists that you have searched for yourself to introduce your products, services, and incentive programs. Company.
- Carry out procedures such as documents and sign contracts with customers who agree to buy products or services.
- Analyze & forecast customer and market situations and propose necessary countermeasures promptly.
- Identify potential partners and propose appropriate cooperation models based on management requirements when the company launches new technology products.
- Prepare proposals and develop business for products that the company builds.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and production, to implement contract implementation to ensure customer requirements.
- Track and report business performance metrics.
- Store and make periodic or arising work reports.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the department head or level.

Job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics or Business.
- Having experience as a sales staff member is an advantage.
- Knowledge of information technology or having worked as a salesperson in software is an advantage.
- Have good communication skills and the ability to negotiate and persuade customers.
- Sociable, able to work well in groups, and can also work independently.
- Know how to manage time and organize work appropriately.
- Have specific goals and direction for yourself.
- Enthusiastic, friendly, polite, always ready to learn, and receptive to contributions.
- Able to withstand high pressure at work.
- Create basic office information technology.
- Being able to communicate, read, write in English, or know another language is an advantage.
